5. Katya Lyukin
At last week's Plenary Session of the Congress of Armored Vehicle Washers, careful observers noted that the name-tags were *not* designed by Katya Lyukin ("Katya" is a diminutive for "Ekaterina"), as in previous years. This indubitably portends a shake-up in the Fisheries Bureau, as well as a redirection of labor resources from sausage-casing factories throughout northern Byelorus.
