Ivan Aufulich, Third Deputy Assistant Undersecretary for Woolen Underwear, was seen taking 25 minutes for lunch instead of his usual 20, *and* he ordered black bread with his borsch. This clearly portends a thorough shake-up in the Politburo, including the long-anticipated purge of Igor Tughetitov, and tighter gasoline supplies east of the Urals.
